- Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)
- European Union countries

1.2. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are:
- Spain (Mainland): 2 to 5 business days
- Balearic Islands: 3 to 7 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- International shipping: 7 to 15 business days
These timeframes may vary during periods of high demand, promotions, or exceptional circumstances.
1.3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs:
- Are calculated automatically during the checkout process
- Depend on the destination and order volume
- May be free for orders exceeding a minimum amount (when indicated on the website)
1.4. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours
- Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information
1.5. SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order has any issues:
- Incorrect or incomplete address: the delay will be the customer's responsibility
- Absence at delivery: the carrier will make additional attempts or manage pickup
- Product damaged during transport: you must notify it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt
2. RETURNS POLICY
2.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it without justification.
To exercise this right:

2.2. RETURN CONDITIONS
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused
- It must retain its original packaging
- It must include all accessories and original elements
Quintaesencia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2.3. RETURN COSTS
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- In case of defective product or order error, Quintaesencia will assume these costs
2.4. REFUNDS
Once the product has been received and its condition verified:
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
- It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
2.5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- You must notify it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt
- You will be offered a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund
2.6. EXCEPTIONS
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products used or damaged by the customer
- Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened (when applicable)
- Personalized items or products made to order
3. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Currently, Quintaesencia does not offer direct exchanges.
